Did you know that kids breathe in and out 30 pounds of air per day? What’s in the air we breathe, and how can it affect our health? We will learn about the gases and particles in the air we breathe, those that are essential to life and those that can be harmful. These include oxygen, wildfire smoke, viruses, and more. What are they? Where do they come from? How do they affect our health? If someone handed you a glass of dirty water, you know that you should purify it before drinking it. What can we do to ensure that the air we’re breathing is clean and healthy?
